Questions about plans
Which plan is right for me?
Estimate the credits you need from your task types and creative frequency. Monthly plans suit month-by-month work, annual plans suit ongoing projects, and credit packs provide a one-time allowance. Images, videos and scene concepts share your account credits; use the model tables to estimate usage.
How do credits translate into images?
Plan cards estimate image counts using HiDream-O1-Image at 1K for 6 credits per image. Use the model table for 2K output. Batch costs are the per-image credits multiplied by the image count. These image counts are estimates; the same credits can also fund video and scene creation.
How are video credits calculated?
Without reference videos, output costs 7.6 credits per second at 480p or 16.4 at 720p; images and first/last frames use the same rate. With reference videos, multiply combined input and output seconds by 4.8 at 480p or 10 at 720p. Round each video’s total up to a whole credit, then multiply by the task count.
Are bonus credits included in the total?
Yes. The displayed total includes the base allowance and bonus credits, which are not added a second time. For example, annual Pro includes 34,500 credits in total, including a 4,500-credit bonus.
Are annual plans charged monthly?
Annual plans charge the yearly total shown on the card. The monthly figure is the annual price divided by 12. For example, annual Basic costs $118.80, equivalent to $9.90 per month. Its displayed credits are the annual allowance. Monthly plans charge the monthly price.
Are credits charged for failed generation?
The required credits are reserved when a task is submitted and charged when it succeeds. A confirmed failure or released reservation frees those credits. Processing tasks temporarily reduce available credits; check the task status in Results.
